KNOCKOUT INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, Owerri — bookings made directly on this website.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and final acceptance by the Hotel. A booking is confirmed only when payment is received or (for online bank-transfer bookings) when our team has verified your transfer, and you receive a confirmation with a unique booking reference. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests named in the booking.
2. Payment & Pricing
Room rates are quoted and payable in Nigerian Naira (₦). Rates include applicable VAT (7.5%) where charged. We accept online card payments via our payment providers, bank transfers to our account, and cash or bank transfer in person at the reception desk. A booking is not reserved until the required payment or deposit is received.
3. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before check-in on the standard ("Flexible") rate. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, may be charged the equivalent of the first night's stay. Non-refundable or special-offer bookings are charged in full. A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID, International Passport, or Driver's Licence) matching the booking name is required at check-in.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
5. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; violation attracts a cleaning fee. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Damage to hotel property is charged to the responsible guest. The Hotel may refuse service or evict any guest in breach of these rules without a refund.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, fire, strikes, or government regulations.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Owerri, Imo State.
