We are a hotel of 35 rooms and suites in Owerri, with a spa, a gym, food and drink outlets and 24-hour reception. That size is the point: it is large enough to be a real operation and small enough that the person who trains you is standing next to you.
What we actually offer
It is easy to write vague promises about “passion” and “unforgettable experiences”. So here are the specific, checkable things instead. If any of them is not true on the day you start, that is our failure, not yours.
Guest gratuities are passed through to the team in full. We do not run a house pool, and no manager skims the top of what guests leave you.
Room nights at our own rate, and heavily discounted treatments in KIHT Beauty Spa. Accommodation is part of the job, not an afterthought.
Paid training, certified courses and a mentor assigned to you for your first three months. You are not left learning on the floor alone.
HMO enrolment for you and your dependants from your first day, because the job is physical and the industry pretends it is not.
Rostered and planned, not granted as a favour. Ask about the rota before you accept, and you will get a straight answer.
A city people choose to live in, with the commute to work short enough that you are not spending your life in a bus.

Please do not send your passport, birth certificate or full bank details — we do not need them to consider you and we will not ask for them at this stage.

Rota, accommodation, HMO, which department is short this month. We would rather answer the awkward question now than have you discover it after you resign.
